Industrial installation with network and 80kVA photovoltaic station connection
The Main Distribution Board is the heart of every industrial electrical installation. Every kilowatt-hour that powers machines, production lines, and auxiliary systems passes through it. In this project, Indubuild undertook the study, construction, and installation of a 200A panel that manages a total power of 135kVA and simultaneously integrates the supply from the grid and the production from an 80kVA photovoltaic station.

The challenge
The installation required a panel that could perform two tasks simultaneously: safely distribute power to dozens of loads and accept energy from the photovoltaic station without affecting operational reliability. Additionally, the panel needed to be organized so that maintenance and future expansions could be carried out easily and safely.
The input field is configured in a separate area, with a general automatic power switch and copper busbars R – S – T – N on insulators. The separation of the input field from the distribution field provides a clean layout, safer handling, and easy access for inspection and maintenance.

The panel was entirely manufactured in our workshop. Assembly, wiring, and testing were done in a controlled environment before transport, so that installation at the project site could be completed quickly and with minimal disruption to the client's operations.
